Key Highlights:The maximum award and subsidy amount reaches 20 million yuan, with the application period running from October 31, 2025, to November 14, 2025.

Scope and Targets of Support:Applicable to enterprises and private non-enterprise units engaged in the hydrogen energy field, covering efforts to promote high-quality industrial development such as technological innovation, achievement transformation, and platform construction; the solicitation scope corresponds to Articles 4 to 12 of the "Interim Measures of Daxing District to Promote the Development of the Hydrogen Energy Industry (2022 Revised Edition)".

Application Methods:1. Online Application: Log in to the "Policy Fulfillment" section of the Beijing Municipal People's Government Portal (https://zhengce.beijing.gov.cn); 2. Offline Submission: After the District Bureau of Economy and Information Technology reviews and confirms the materials are complete, submit two copies of the paper-based materials to the respective local government or park management committee (contact information is provided in Attachment 5) by November 17; 3. Required Materials: A recommendation letter from the local government/park management committee, and a special credit report downloaded from the "Credit China (Beijing)" website.

Key Time periods:Enterprise Application Deadline: November 14, 2025; Local Submission Deadline: Submit paper materials to Room 407 of the District Bureau of Economy and Information Technology by 12:00 on November 19, 2025; late submissions will not be accepted.
